Bought the product a couple of weeks ago. Pump works great, nice to have it portable and very quiet operation. However, the piece that connects to the breast only comes in one size, and there are no other sizes available to buy separately. It's therefore incredibly painful to use and causes nipple chaffing and cracking if it doesn't fit. The older Closer to Nature pump had a bigger different sized attachment which worked for us. A shame, it's rendered the device completely unusable for us when it's a good product.

In the first week the suction gets poor then suddenly packs up, not worth your money

I had brought this as it fit my bottle for my exclusive pumping journey the pump in it's self i have no problems with. BUT you don't sell different sized flanges and it's NOT one size fit's all. You also don't sell replacement pump parts even though different parts of the pump needs replacing every 2-3 months. I was going to buy your double pump but because of the things listed above i didn't and invested in a different brand. You really need to sort this out. i would recommend the products to a friend but only if you start selling the appropriate accessories and replacements.

Having only ever used Tommee Tippee products for my older children I decided to go with TT again for my newborn. Unfortunately this time it wasn't worth it with this pump. Battery aside, it leaks and wastes precious milk. For someone whose baby has been seriously unwell and you've been told that for your bubba your breast milk is basically like a medicine in her recovery the last thing you want is to be wasting a single drop. I've never felt as disappointed in a TT product as I do with this pump and the electric steriliser. Good design but very poorly made.

Is this supposed to be a better improved version of the Close to Nature electric pump? I bought the Close to Nature electric pump last year, it was working fine, I mean, it was not the quietest pump, but it worked. Kicked myself for accidentally damaged it. I thought I was happy with the brand & their pumps seems to be working fine, I will stick with it. The description on your website for this Made for Me electric pump suggested its discreet & USB charged, so I thought even better. However, little as i know, it took me over an hour, pumping from both breasts only collected over 1oz?!? The the old pump, I would easily collect 5oz in 45mins on one side. I have checked everything, I haven't done anything incorrectly..... Also, the pump isn't that much quieter than the Close to Nature electric pump. I am not very happy with it.... I really would like a refund. It doesn't work. I don't have time for this....

I wouldn't recommend this pump simply for the issue with the charging and battery life. It takes HOURS for the product to fully charge. After those hours, the battery life is less than an hour

Had the pump less than two weeks and it has already stopped working with no suction. Have tried the troubleshooting in the booklet. What a waste of money and I can't afford a new pump so now I am stuck. Extremely disappointed.

this is facts what everyone is saying battery, really badly made considering your spending money on a product to help feed your baby. Business as usual its all about the money and brand. Whoever says this is a good product I can honestly say you haven't used the product or your lying. I will right an article on this product dont believe money should be spent on a product like this expecially for a baby.
